Introduction to PLF series pressure pipeline filters

This series of filters can be installed on pressure pipelines of different pressure levels to further remove or block impurities caused by external wear and tear during component operation, as well as chemical reactions of the medium itself. Especially suitable for automatic control systems and servo systems. It can prevent premature wear or jamming of high-precision control and execution components due to pollution, thereby reducing failures and extending the service life of components.
This filter uses imported glass fiber filter material, which has the advantages of high filtration accuracy, strong oil flow capacity, small original pressure loss, and large pollutant capacity. The filtering accuracy is calibrated based on absolute filtering accuracy, with a filtering ratio β 3, 5, 10, 20 ≥ 200 and a filtering efficiency n ≥ 99.5%. Compliant with ISO standards.

The filter structure has the following characteristics:

1. Compared with filters of the same flow rate, it has a compact structure and small volume.
2. Wide pressure range for use.
3. It is convenient to replace the filter element. Users can open the upper cover according to the installation space, replace the filter element, or unscrew the housing (drain the oil first) to remove the filter element from below.
4. Easy installation and fixation: If the user has difficulty installing according to the standard flow direction, they can remove the four screws on the cover and rotate the cover 180 degrees. this
This changes the direction of the medium flow.
5. The filter is equipped with a bypass valve and a differential pressure transmitter, providing dual protection functions. When the filter element is contaminated and blocked to the point where the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet reaches the set value of the transmitter, the transmitter sends a signal and the filter element must be replaced.

The filter element should be selected according to the working pressure, flow rate, and oil type (mineral oil, synthetic oil, etc.) of the hydraulic system;
The filtering accuracy should meet the requirements of the most precise components in the system to avoid excessive pressure drop caused by "over filtering";
In harsh working conditions such as mines and deserts, priority should be given to selecting filter cartridges with high pollutant carrying capacity, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance;
